RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Due to the nature of the items, we sell, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Fees for designing is non-refundable. Should you receive your order, and the package is damaged, please contact us within 48hrs for resolution. Likewise, if for some reason you receive a wrong design, item, different size, etc. other than what is on your order, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are shipped at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated. Shipping should be included when placing your order. Not applicable to "Free Shipping" discounts. Shipping is Priority USPS, depending on the size of your order. Direct to Film transfers ship UPS for larger order. Turn around is an average of 5-7 business days from placing order. (large orders, customizations and Holidays may increase the shipping times) Once we mail your package, it is out of our control. Please ALWAYS check with your local carrier if it says delivered, but you have not received your item(s). Please verify your address PRIOR to submitting your order. Any returned orders will be remailed AT the CUSTOMER's expense. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR INSUFFICENT ADDRESSES.
